Detergent

As a mild weakly alkaline detergent auxiliary, sodium bicarbonate integrates multiple functions including water softening, degreasing, stain removal, odor neutralization and mild abrasion, widely applied in formulas of household and industrial cleaners.

1. Water Softener
   Chelates calcium and magnesium ions in water to reduce water hardness, cut soap scum accumulation, improve detergency of surfactants and prevent scaling on fabrics, pipelines and cleaning equipment.
2. Grease Emulsifier & Stain Remover
   Its weak alkalinity emulsifies and decomposes animal and vegetable grease, removing oil, food residues, sweat stains and aged yellow discoloration on tableware, fabrics and metal workpieces.
3. pH Buffering Neutralizer
   Stabilizes pH value of washing liquid and neutralizes acidic substances in stains. It eliminates sour residue on fabrics after washing and neutralizes acidic odors such as mildew and sweat on textiles and kitchen & bathroom facilities.
4. Mild Abrasive Auxiliary
   Fine crystalline particles offer gentle polishing to remove limescale and dirt on tiles, stainless steel and sanitary ware without scratching surfaces.
5. Deodorant & Bacteriostatic Agent
   Inhibits reproduction of odor-causing bacteria, suitable for laundry, carpet cleaning, refrigerator and pipeline deodorization to sustainably reduce peculiar smells.
6. Raw Material for Detergent Products
   Compound to produce laundry powder, scouring powder, dishwashing liquid, special lingerie detergent, dishwasher additives and industrial degreasing cleaners.

Rubber Industry

1. Inorganic Blowing Agent (Primary Application) Sodium bicarbonate decomposes at approximately 150°C. When heated during vulcanization, it releases carbon dioxide and water vapor to form fine and uniform micropores inside rubber. It is used to manufacture lightweight soft rubber products such as sponge rubber, foamed sealing strips, shock-absorbing pads, latex foam and foamed shoe soles.
2. Vulcanization pH Buffer Regulator (Stabilize Vulcanization System) As a weakly alkaline buffering auxiliary, it neutralizes acidic additives and impurities in rubber compounds and stabilizes the pH value of compounds. It enables more even cross-linking of rubber molecules, shortens vulcanization time, improves elasticity, wear resistance and anti-aging performance of finished products, and avoids uneven local vulcanization and brittleness.
3. Neutralizing Auxiliary for Reclaimed Rubber Devulcanization It is added in the devulcanization process of waste rubber to neutralize acidic waste gas generated during devulcanization and reduce equipment corrosion. Meanwhile, it isolates oxygen to restrain thermal oxidative degradation of rubber, cut down odor of reclaimed rubber and improve its processing fluidity.
4. Cleaning Auxiliary for Raw Materials and Molds
   (1) Degrease, remove ink and eliminate oil stains from waste rubber and rubber scraps;
   (2) Adjust the acid-base property of rubber molds and production circulating water, remove scale deposits on molds and facilitate demolding.

Household Daily Cleaning

With mild weak alkalinity, fine particles, non-corrosive and non-toxic features, sodium bicarbonate is a mainstream functional raw material for daily cleaning supplies, widely used in all household cleaning scenarios:

1. Auxiliary for laundry care
   Softens hard water, breaks down sweat stains, yellow marks, milk stains and oil stains. It neutralizes sour and mildew odors on fabrics. When mixed with laundry detergent, it brightens clothes, reduces soap scum and prevents white fabrics from yellowing.
2. Heavy oil removal for kitchen
   Emulsifies and dissolves animal and vegetable grease on stoves, range hoods, tableware and sinks. It removes limescale and water stains on tiles and glass, featuring mild abrasive property without scratching stainless steel and ceramic surfaces.
3. Deodorization and bacteriostasis
   Absorbs peculiar smells in refrigerators, shoe cabinets and trash cans; neutralizes acidic odors on carpets and fabric sofas and inhibits odor-causing bacteria.
4. Bathroom cleaning
   Eliminates limescale and yellow stains on toilets, bathroom glass and shower rooms, and removes strange odors of slightly clogged drain pipes.
5. Raw material for personal care products
   Used in toothpaste and mouthwash to neutralize oral acid and lighten dental stains; added into bath and body care products for gentle exfoliation.
6. Raw material for finished cleaning products
